About Us

In its Ruling no. 11. Pk. 60.329/1994/10 the Municipal Court of Budapest classified our ambulance service as a ‘Registered Public Benefit Organisation’.

Naturally, we meet all the legal criteria that regulate the activities we perform – rescue, patient transportation, medical duty service, social activities – by the force of law. We have maintained a contract with the National Health Insurance Fund (OEP) for several years regarding supervised and not supervised patient transport.

Thus we transport the young patients suffering from leukaemia and tumours treated at the SOTE I and II Paediatric Clinics all over the country to and from the Clinic to other health institutions or hospitals.

„To help, that is our duty”

The DELTA National Emergency Rescue Group of Hungary was founded by the free will of the founding members (medical practitioners and other health workers), and so we perform our activities independently of any political, ideological or religious influence.

We are open to the world and we believe in close co-operation based on reciprocity in order to attain our common goals.
